My Favorite Baby Products

I’ve worked with many different kinds of parents over the years. Some parents like to be very minimal when it comes to baby items, and some want to have every last gadget and a million wardrobe options. However, almost all parents ask what my personal favorites and must-haves are. I’ve used SO many different products over the years, and new ones are popping up all the time. It’s an ever-evolving list but here are my current top ten favorites!

SNOO Bassinet

Safety first. This is hands down my favorite bassinet for it's safety features. It has a built in swaddle so the baby isn't able to roll in any way, and has intuitive movement and sound options. The price tag is steep, but they have rental options and great discounts when they have sales. If you do choose to buy it, it also retains a high resale value.

Copper Pearl Swaddle

For those that love a traditional wrap swaddle, this is the best. It's made of a cozy knit which can be pulled tight, but is very soft. There are a ton of prints to choose from and it doesn't bunch up like many muslin swaddles often do.

Ollie Swaddle

If you want an easy "shortcut" swaddle with velcro, this one is fabulous. The fabric is great for temperature control and even the most talented escape artist is usually secure in this swaddle.

Baby Shusher

This is a miracle worker. Shushing is immediately comforting to most babies. You can make the noise yourself, but trust me, it gets exhausting after a few minutes. This is simple to use, and a life saver for the first few months.

Hatch Baby Rest (noise machine)

I LOVE white noise, and so do babies. This machine has a soft nightlight feature and many sounds to choose from. It can also be used as your baby grows into a toddler. You can set the light to turn colors so your toddler knows when it's morning and an acceptable time to start the day. And for those that are tech obsessed, you can control this from your iPhone.

Honest diapers

I respect and appreciate the mission of their company. The products are eco-friendly and they have the most adorable prints. The company also offers a subscription option which is a good value and convenient for busy parents. I'm also a huge fan of their overnight diapers.

Seventh Generation Baby Wipes

I've tried a million brands of wipes and these are by far, my go-to. They are durable, non-irritating, and plant based. They don't stick together when you grab them from the package and they are great for face and hands as well.

Aden + Anais Burpy Bibs

I adore these burp clothes that can also be used as a bib. They are made of muslin which babies love to snuggle on, and there are so many beautiful patterns and colors to choose from. This is a must-have staple, and another product that grows with your baby into the toddler years.

Magnetic Me  Sack/Gown

Your newborn will live in these. They are so easy to use and a dream for late night diaper changes. Because these are made with magnets, there are no snaps or zippers to mess with, and they come in cotton or super soft modal.

Kickee Pants Zip Pajamas

Kickee Pants has a devoted following. They have a vast array of colorful prints, and the super stretchy bamboo fabric is soft and grows with your baby. This is also the perfect lightweight pajama to layer under a swaddle, especially when being mindful of not overheating your little one.
